of the Harbor, that is perfect for reading, relaxing or napping. Maximum number

Edgartown
-- A small suite on the back of the house. It is furnished
with antique furniture and has a queen size bed in the main room and a separate
sitting room. The
Vineyard -- A large suite with a King Bed, sitting area,
new bathroom, refrigerator, overlooks the fountain area and a "Peek" of
the Harbor. Maximum Number of guests is 4. The Island
-- A bright room with a Queen Bed, small sitting area, bathroom, and a sunroom. The room also had a private entrance from the patio and access to the dining and the living room. Maximum number of guest is two.
Deposit Policy Full payment in advance required for reservations over holiday periods, or of one to three nights, or if made within the cancellation period. 50% deposit required with reservations of four or more nights. Balance due upon arrival. We accept Travelers Checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Cancellation Policy For deposit refund, minus cancellation fees, cancellations must be made at least 22 days prior to date arrival. If cancellation is made within 22 days of the arrival date, a deposit refund will be made only if the accommodations can be rented again over the entire reserved period. Full deposit for nightly rate is forfeited for late arrival or early departure. 15% of the reservation booked (minimum charge $25.00) and all applicable taxes, will be deducted on all cancellations. Guests who occupy their room for any portion of their reservation and cancel or shorten their stay, shall be responsible for the entire reservation period, unless the room is re-rented.
